I have clients looking to purchase a horse property / land in Northern San Luis Obispo County with the following components.

  • Zoning must allow a minimum of 50 horses. Buyer’s are aware ranch permitting may be required, this would be their responsibility. Property must have Agriculture or Rural Lands zoning.  
  • 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath Room Home (preferred but not required)
  • Some fenced pastures
  • Horse Facilities, not required but would be preferred.
  • Preferred Locations: East Paso Robles, Creston, Templeton.  Santa Margarita, Pozo Road or River Road Preferred.
  • Proximity to BLM land a plus but not a requirement.
